We are searching for a motivated, passionated Team Leader with a positive attitude who will support us at our Service Center in Veliko Tarnovo. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Providing guidance and instructions to the team- members and 
    developping the team through Training on the job, monitoring and coaching
  • Regularly monitor ana analyze targets set and the performance achieved
  • Responsible for the results of the team (by following up and taking accurate measures in case of deduction from the established targets)
  • Responsible for the regular analysis of KPIs 
  • Working on site in Veliko Tarnovo and mantaining a daily contact with the team
  • Organization of regular team meetings in order to ensure efficient communication with and between team members
  • Managing and supporting remote team members (emergency access, Home Ofice) and on site employees
  • Supporting the team in all administrative matters

 

Your profile:

  • Organisational talent and very good presentation skills
  • Good understanding of numbers and very good analytical skills
  • Strong communication skill, readiness to compromise, ability to deal with conflict
  • Leadership skills, ability to motivate the team and awaken the team spirit
  • Very good knowledge of English and German (spoken and written)
  • excellent computer skills
