💬 Excellent English skills, both spoken and written

💬 German language skills (B2/C1) will be considered a strong plus

Your Responsibilities:

📞 Effectively handling customer inquiries exclusively via live chat 

🤝 Supporting and advising existing customers

💻 Using specialized software and AI tool for customer data processing

🗂 Maintaining customer data
