Your profile:
- excellent English level (C1)
- German language (B2-C1) is not a must, but will be an advantage
- willingness to offer great service and support our customers efficiently by phone and e-mail
- excellent computer skills
- affinity toward telecommunications
- ambition to learn and to become a high performer in the field of customer service
- solution- oriented personality
- ability to work in team and individually
- possibility to work on site at our service center in Veliko Tarnovo
- flexibility to work in shifts (Mon-Sun, 5 - day week)
- interest at a long-term employment
Your Responsibilities:
- support customers with product and service related inquires by phone and via E-Mail
- detect customer needs and advise about appropriate products and services
- order and data management
- sales
