Your profile:

• excellent English level (C1)
• German language (B2-C1) is not a must, but will be an advantage
• willingness to offer great service and support our customers efficiently by phone and e-mail
• excellent computer skills
• affinity toward telecommunications
• ambition to learn and to become a high performer in the field of customer service
• solution- oriented personality
• ability to work in team and individually
• possibility to work on site at our service center in Veliko Tarnovo
• flexibility to work in shifts (Mon-Sun, 5 - day week)
• interest at a long-term employment

Your Responsibilities:

• support customers with product and service related inquires by phone and via E-Mail
• detect customer needs and advise about appropriate products and services
• order and data management
• sales
